Product Features of Tungsten-copper Alloy Rod:

Tungsten-copper alloy rod integrates high melting point of tungsten and excellent conductivity of copper. It features ultra-high density, outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity, along with low thermal expansion coefficient, delivering stable dimensional accuracy under frequent temperature changes. The uniform tungsten-copper composite microstructure brings superior arc ablation resistance and anti-sputtering performance, with minimal material loss during high-current discharge. It boasts good machinability for turning, drilling and precision shaping. With great high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, it won’t soften or deform easily under extreme heat. Free of segregation, it maintains consistent performance throughout the rod. Widely used as electrode materials, heat sink components and high-voltage switch contacts, it serves long service life with reliable stable operation under heavy load working conditions.
