Attribute:
Production technology:
the production process is as below: Isostatic pressure - intermediate frequency sintering - machining - tungsten tube finished product
Packing, transportation and storage:
The products are packed into wooden cases with shockproof and moisture-proof materials, and the wooden cases are packed tightly with soft materials. Products are not packed in wooden cases, need to be wrapped in soft plastic paper, and then fixed on a strong support frame, to ensure the stability of the product.
Products in transportation should pay attention to shock-proof, moisture-proof, pressure-proof, and prevent secondary pollution.
If the demander has special requirements on the marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the products, both parties shall negotiate.

Product Details
Tungsten tubes are high-performance precision structural components fabricated from pure tungsten or tungsten-based alloys. Engineered to endure extreme temperatures, intense mechanical loads and harsh corrosive atmospheres, they serve as irreplaceable key parts for sophisticated industrial production and scientific research. Boasting a unique blend of superior refractory characteristics and excellent precision processing performance, tungsten tubes deliver consistent dependability under harsh working conditions where conventional materials cannot survive.
Applications:
Because the melting point of tungsten is as high as 3410 ℃, tungsten crucibles are widely used in the core containers of sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass smelting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnaces
