Product Details

Niobium crucible is a high-purity rare metal refractory container professionally fabricated from premium niobium raw materials via precision forging, spinning, integral forming and fine surface treatment processes. It inherits the excellent properties of niobium metal, including high melting point, outstanding high-temperature mechanical stability, superior low-temperature ductility and reliable chemical inertness. The product features dense and uniform internal structure, smooth inner and outer surfaces, uniform wall thickness and extremely low impurity content. It maintains stable physical and chemical properties under high-temperature heating, vacuum environment and conventional corrosive conditions, with excellent resistance to most acidic solutions, molten salts and atmospheric oxidation, effectively avoiding sample contamination during production and experiments.
Compared with ceramic, quartz and ordinary alloy crucibles, niobium crucibles have better thermal conductivity, stronger structural toughness, excellent thermal shock resistance and longer service life. They are not easy to deform or crack under long-term high-temperature cycling and frequent cooling and heating. Niobium crucibles are widely used in vacuum sintering, high-temperature melting, mineral sample analysis, chemical corrosion experiments, new material development, electronic material preparation and laboratory precision testing.
